Some properties have on-site caterers who will be of invaluable assistance also. Goods and services are supplied independently of the National Trust of Australia (NSW). Should caterers wish to use the kitchen facilities of any National Trust property, it is recommended that they make a thorough inspection of the premises prior to the function as most heritage properties have limited facilities.
