The S H Ervin Gallery is a public art gallery of gracious spaces, natural light, high floating ceilings and modern art museum facilities which has developed a lively program of changing exhibitions of Australian art concentrating on an historical perspective. The S H Ervin Gallery is a firm fixture on the Sydney art scene. Exhibitions have included the work of Conrad Martens, Julian Ashton, Sydney Long, Russell Drysdale and Lloyd Rees, and thematic exhibitions have featured topics like Sydney Harbour, the Blue Mountains and Sydney in the 19th century. An ideal size for elegant cocktail parties, luncheons, dinners and receptions as well as morning teas associated with product and press launches. The Gallery's wonderful programme could be-the backdrop for your special event - you and your guests will be the centrepiece of the art world according to the current exhibition on show. The S H Ervin Gallery commemorated its twentieth anniversary in 1998. |

Special Considerations: The Gallery space is available on all day Monday, or after 5.00pm from Tuesday to Sunday. Hirer must supply all event furniture. Set up and load out must take place within the required hire period, as the gallery is open to the public. To protect the works of art, red wine and lighted flames are not permitted under any circumstance. Works of art are protected by copyright laws therefore photography is only allowed with the prior permission of the gallery. The gallery is strictly a non-smoking venue. The use of our in-house caterer is required. Prices and availability are subject to change without notice. Additional charges apply to all functions, please enquire.
