National Trust Heritage Festival 2009
The EnergyAustralia National Trust Heritage Awards offer a unique opportunity to showcase and provide recognition to individuals, government departments, commercial organisations and community groups who have completed a project in 2008 that promotes the conservation of Australia's natural, built or cultural heritage.
Made possible by the continued support of EnergyAustralia and the NSW Heritage Office, Award categories cross over into built heritage and landscape conservation projects, presentation and development tools, tourism, conservation energy management and cultural heritage.
A message from our sponsor EnergyAustralia Our longstanding partner, the National Trust, shares our vision of making a positive community contribution to the protection of our heritage and environment. Through the EnergyAustralia National Trust Heritage Awards, recognition is extended to other outstanding contributions to heritage conservation. The Awards provide deserved recognition and foster industry and community awareness of the wide array of projects entered each year. They have become a benchmark by which industry professionals and groups are assessed. I do encourage those that have achieved excellent heritage results in projects great or small to enter the 2009 National Trust EnergyAustralia Heritage Awards.
