City of Sydney CEO Monica Barone will be our special guest speaker at the 2nd Corporate breakfast for 2007. Held in the beautiful venue The Tearoom in the Queen Victoria Building, our first breakfast with Trust President John Niland was a huge success with delicious food and a great speech.

With an intriguing topic, the second in our series promises to be another outstanding and not-to-be-missed event. Monica will be speaking on “Creating the Sydney of the Future: How People can Change Cities – Sydney 2030”.

Monica Barone has been CEO of City of Sydney since 2006, and has held senior management positions within the Warringah, South Sydney City and City of Sydney government authorities. Her experience in development and implementation of much needed community and social services projects in the childcare, homeless, affordable housing, drug and alcohol, aged care and community library areas provide background for what will be an stimulating morning.
