The Commonwealth Bank is proud to support The National Trust's Schools Program. This years commitment means that our long term support of the National Trust of Australia (NSW) amounts to more than 20 years.

We have chosen to support the Schools Program as it aligns with the Bank's support for education generally.

Since it commenced operations in 1912, the Bank has had an ongoing role in supporting Australian community. In 1931, when it frst introduced the school banking program, the Bank recognized the imprtance of education for young people, and we continue to do so today.

Through our support of the National Trust's Schools Program, children of all ages throughout New South Wales are offered an insight into the diverse and multi-layered history of the Australian Community. Understanding our past is an important element in striving for a better future.
