1. Information on how to enter and prize, forms part of these conditions of entry.
2. Entry is only open to NSW residents who are existing members of National Trust of Australia (NSW) who participate by referring new members to the Trust, or by purchasing a gift membership, and to all new members who join National Trust of Australia (NSW) during the promotional period. Employees and their immediate families of the National Trust of Australia (NSW), Mary Rossi Travel and any companies associated with this promotion including any prize producers are ineligible to enter.
3. The Promoters reserve the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Conditions of Entry.
4. The promotion commences 15th December 2006 and all new Membership Application Forms and Member Get Member forms and payment must be received by close of business on 7th December 2007.
5. No responsibility accepted for late, lost or misdirected application forms.
6. Once the Promoters receive the completed membership application form and payment the entrant automatically receives one entry into the draw. Existing Members also receive one entry for every referred new member, or for every gift membership purchased. The draw will take place at 11.30am on 14th December 2007, at National Trust of Australia (NSW) Watson Road Observatory Hill Sydney NSW 2000. The winner will be notified by telephone and mail and their name will be published in The Sydney Morning Herald on 21st December 2007 and in the February/April 2008 issue of The National Trust  magazine.
7. The first entry drawn from all entries received, will win 7 nights
   on a European River Cloud or River Cloud II Cruise for two adults
   including two adult return economy flights from Sydney to London flying Gulf Air.
   The prize includes 7 nights European River cruise with River Cloud or River Cloud II Cruise of the winner’s choice for the 2008 season. The flights and cruise prize is subject to availability and accommodation will be the best cabin grade available for the cruise chosen by the prize winner. River Cruise prize includes all meals. Total value of prize is $12,000.  Spending money, additional meals, all taxes, insurance, stopover accommodation, and transport to and from Sydney Airport, transfers to and from the cruise in Europe and all other ancillary costs are the responsibility of the winner. The trip is subject to booking and flight availability. Flights are not available during the following peak periods: 15 December – 31 January 2008 and 01 July – 30 August 2008.   Flight bookings must be made 30 days prior to travel and for no more than a period of 60 days. The ticket is non-transferable, non-refundable nor redeemable for cash or other goods or services.
   
8. Prize is valid from March 2008 to October 2008.  The Promoters accept no responsibility for any variation in the prize value. Prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. If the winner of the major prize is under the age of 18 years, the prize will be awarded to the winner's nominated parent or guardian.
9. The Promoters shall not be liable for any loss or damage, whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or personal injury suffered or sustained as a result of taking the prize, except for any liability which can not be excluded by law. It is a condition of accepting the prize that the winner (and their companion) may be required to sign a legal release in a form determined by the Promoters in their absolute discretion.
10. In the event of a dispute the decisions of the Promoters are final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
11. The Promoters collect entrants’ personal information in order to conduct the promotion. If the information requested is not provided, the entrant may not participate in the promotion. By entering the promotion, unless otherwise advised, each entrant also agrees that the Promoters may use this information, in any media for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes without any further reference, payment or other compensation to the entrant, including sending the entrant electronic messages. Entrants’ personal information may be disclosed to the State lottery department and winners’ names published as required under the relevant lottery legislation. A request to access, update or correct any information should be directed to the Promoters at their address set out below.
